In my effort to blog more regularly, I am shamelessly stealing from the lovely and talented RA by posting my weekend agenda. Unlike RA, however, I’ll be lucky if I accomplish one item for each day. Hahaha. (I think RA is probably better about adhering to to-do lists than I am. She seems responsible like that.)
Friday
* meet up with the woman who is buying my extra Ray LaMontagne tickets
* clean the cat litterboxes and surrounding floor
* knit
* generally relax
Saturday
* take lots and lots of books to the used bookstore in Old City
* get lots and lots of store credit for said books; possibly shop around if Rob can tolerate it
* purchase new Ukrainian egg decorating dyes (they supposedly expire after a year) at the shop in NoLibs
* eat a delicious brunch with Rob at this yummy place
* go wedding dress shopping with Teenie Baneenie
* relax
* see Ray LaMontagne live
Sunday
* jog at least 2 miles
* drink wine
* do some Ukrainian egg decorating
* laundry
* vacuum or name the many dust bunnies in my home
What about you? What do you have on tap for the weekend?
Well, my to-do list is shorter than yours, but still, want to trade? Mine involves only one item: PACK. Urgh.
I posted a to do list of sorts too today. But Ray LaMontagne is, sadly, not on my list. He puts on an awesome show- enjoy!
You must tell us more about Ukranian egg decorating. I’m only familiar with the PAAS variety.
Jog two miles?! That would take me the whole weekend to get accomplished! Yeesh!
(Have a good weekend!)
I had no idea you were still doing the Ukranian egg decorating thing! I love that you have weird and unusual hobbies, my friend.
I also love that you are deciding between cleaning or naming the dust bunnies. Perhaps I’ll add that to my agenda as well.
Hi Lara! I’ve been banned from going online at work, so I’m using my brother’s laptop. (Perhaps I was banned for reading blogs all day instead of working…?) My bro, who lives in Utah, showed up here in Oregon unexpectedly, so we’ve been hangin. He’s really funny, and we have our own weird wense of humour, we can make each other laugh with just one word or look. Aren’t siblings special like that? So this weekend has been full of surprises, family meals, laughter, and fun. Ukrainian eggs decoration? Fantastic! ou should see my mom’s! Anyway, I’ll try to keep up with your blog when I can. (I have no computer at home.) Take Care!
Well, it’s over now but I made key lime pie and cleaned the house. My daughter went to the Math Pentathlon, though. She won a silver medal! I feel like have to brag about it to everyone.
