Worry Liz to tears.
Also, there is some
Other crap plot line about
This band, the Droids, but
It is too dumb to
Repeat. AND, we’re introduced
To new character,
Robin, who is fat.
The talk of Robin’s fatness
Abounds and how it
Basically makes her
A loser nerd that no one
Wants to hang with. Yay,
Sweet Valley High! You
Do wonders for girls’ body
Image! Rock on, yo.

I so remember all this! I read the whole series in, probably, 9th grade. Was addicted. My friend Sara and I tried to write our own and because they are so formulaic it wasn’t that hard. * SPOILER BELOW*
Robin ends up getting thin by running around the track a lot.
Were you the one who pointed out that the original have Elizabeth and Jessica as “perfect size 6″ but the new incantation has them as a “perfect size 4?”
